Fully Funded Stand-By Letter of Credit (FFSBLC)

SWIFT MT-760, in the full amount

Any of the above payment methods must be issued or guaranteed by one of the top 25 world banks, 100% payable at the Seller’s Bank, at sight against presentation of shipping documents, as per contract.
Note: the Buyer shall present the draft of his selected payment instrument for approval by the Seller and the Seller’s Bank. If the Buyer’s bank is not a top 25 world bank, he will need to provide a confirmation bank.

Ordering Procedure:
1) Buyer sends ICPO (Irrevocable corporate purchase order) and signs NCNDA (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement)  then provides POF (Proof of Funds via his bank Swift message MT799)
2) Seller sends the FCO (Full Corporate Offer) and Draft Contract (discussed and signed)
3) Seller and Buyer sign the contract
4) Buyer initializes one of the payment methods mentioned above
5) The Seller presents all documents as per contract (including copy of the Bill of Lading) to activate payment transaction
6) The vessel is redirected to its new destination
